4) What do you like most about training at Model A?
5) Body/performance changes (weight, BF%, strength gain etc)?
Ant: The atmosphere created by the trainers and staff is friendly, yet results oriented. I know if I have a training or nutrition question I always have someone I can turn to for information.
Joey: The atmosphere makes me WANT to be here all the time. The staff and the gym itself are great! The trainers give great advice and are always willing to help.
Ant: About 2 months ago I weighed 198 pounds with roughly 18% body fat. I am currently 180lbs with 14% body fat. While losing weight I was able to maintain my strength. I am the strongest I have ever been pound for pound and overall!
Joey: Since the winter I have lost 15 pounds and gained strength on both my bench press and deadlift.
